The project is supported by Jingsong Street in collaboration with Qile Club, a company that has launched 13 similar residencies in Chaoyang and Shijingshan districts.
"The project is managed through a collaborative effort involving the community, businesses, and property management," said Chen Yuna, deputy director of the Jingsong Street administrative office. "This approach aims to create a safe, well-regulated, and convenient living environment."
