Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region's Qinzhou was hit by torrential rain on Monday, causing severe urban flooding near the intersection of Xinhua Road and Mingyang Street. No casualties had been reported so far.
The sudden flooding left many residents trapped in their homes and posed a serious safety risk.
