China Coast Guard said on Friday that it rescued 13 Filipino crew members after a cargo ship capsized in the South China Sea.
The CCG received a report at 1:34 am on Friday from the maritime search and rescue center of Sansha city in Hainan province that a foreign cargo ship had capsized 55 nautical miles northwest of Huangyan Island, according to a statement from the coast guard.
