Expert: Blaming China won't fix the West's own problems

Some in the West have criticized China's opening-up as a political move. "That makes economic problems become political problems,"?said Zhang Jianping, deputy director of the academic committee at the Chinese Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation. He argued that some developed economies, having benefited from globalization, are blaming China for their domestic issues instead of solving them. He believes that the right approach is to "cooperate based on economic rules".?
