Pan Gongsheng, governor of the People's Bank of China, the country's central bank, met with US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen in Beijing on Monday.
They exchanged views on topics including the economic and financial situation in China and the United States, monetary policy, financial stability, sustainable finance and international financial governance, the PBOC said in a statement on Monday.
