Yantai Jerry Petroleum Service Group issued A shares on January 25, with the acquisition name "Jerry Stock" and code number "002353", according to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
Yantai Jerry issued 29 million shares by network offering and private placement. The price?is 59.50 yuan per share, with a goal of raising 1.73 billion yuan.
Yantai was established in 1993. Its main business includes the manufacture and maintenance of specialized oilfield equipment and services for offshore oilfield drilling platform operations.
