Joe (China)
The vast majority of people choose to send their children to public or private schools. More importantly, the practice is a legal requirement in many countries. Within Europe, for example in the Netherlands parents have a duty to send their children to school. As for China, home schooling is not allowed because parents feel obliged to send their kids to registered schools to receive at least 9-years of education.
