Fujian will legislate to promote the development of medium and small enterprises, according to the Second Session of the 12th People's Congress of Fujian Province on Jan 13.

The province will make regulations to support the development of medium and small enterprises and professional farmer cooperatives. Legislation promoting social construction, environmental protection and cross-Straits interactive cooperation will be enacted.
