Long Guoqiang, Vice-President of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), met with Frans van Houten, CEO of Philips, on Sept 23 in Beijing.

They discussed the prospects of Chinese economy, China's new round of reforms, and how Philips joins in China's construction.
