On April 25, President Li Wei met with Mr.Shinji FUKUKAWA, former Vice Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan. The Chief Chinese Representative of the forum is Mr. Li Wei, President of DRC, with the Chinese secretariat at the International Cooperation Department of DRC. The Chief Japanese Representative is Mr.Toshihiko FUKUI, former Governor of Bank of Japan, and Mr. Fukukawa. is a senior Japanese Adviser to the forum.
