Qinghua Science Park and Zhongguancun Private Equity Investment Association recently signed a strategic partnership agreement with Haifa, a city in Israel that is known for its advanced technology.

The two sides will cooperate in scientific research, enterprise incubation, market development and angel investment. They will also increase investment, financing, and market development in areas such as high-tech, life sciences and biopharmaceuticals.
