Cafe Li Brasserie of Radisson Plaza Xing Guo Hotel Shanghai presents a tapas buffet from July 6 every Wednesday evening till Sep 28. The more than 30 specialties include barbecued mini ribs and fig toast with Parma ham. The "buy-three-get-one-free" buffet is priced at 228 yuan per person with 15 percent surcharge.
