日本政府31日公布，日本4月失業(yè)率下降至4.4%，達到自1998年12月以來的最低水平。該數據優(yōu)于預期。此前經濟學家預期日本4月失業(yè)率將與3月持平于4.5%。外電報道如下：Japan's unemployment rate fell to 4.4 percent in April, the government announced Tuesday.
The unemployment rate fell 0.1 point from 4.5 percent in March. The latest result suggested improvement in the labor market as the nation's economy continued a mild recovery.
The April figure was also better than the 4.5 percent forecast by economists surveyed by Dow Jones Newswires.

據悉，日本4月總失業(yè)人數也比2004年同期減少25萬人，至310萬人，并為連續(xù)第23個月出現(xiàn)下降。日本失業(yè)人數的穩(wěn)步減少顯示出日本勞動力市場已隨著該國的經濟而展開逐步復蘇。
