Jason Shi has worked as the beverage manager and sommelier for the Aria Restaurant at the China World Hotel for the past five years. The 32-year-old Beijing native is considered one of the city's top wine experts and has been a featured judge for publications such as China Wine Report magazine and Food and Wine magazine.
