Approved the arrests of 952,583 suspects and prosecuted 1,143,897, up 3.5 percent and 5.7 percent from the previous year.
Investigated 33,546 cases related to graft, malfeasance and infringement of people's civil rights, involving 2,687 officials at the county level and above.
