Affair sparks abortion dispute

A pregnant wife wanted an abortion and also wanted to divorce her husband after seeing his intimacy with another woman last week.

But, the husband stopped her, saying that she had no such right.

Abortion should have been decided by the two of them together, but China's laws do not have a specific stipulation, a lawyer she consulted in Huludao of Liaoning Province said.
