Kate Hudson filing for divorce

Six weeks after announcing her separation from Black Crowes frontman Chris Robinson, Kate Hudson is ready to make the split permanent by filing for divorce.
The couple separated on 14 August (06) amid rumours that Hudson was romantically involved with her YOU, ME AND DUPREE co-star Owen Wilson.
A friend of the actress tells American publicationUs Weekly, "She is filing for divorce imminently. As soon as she files, it relieves a lot of the pressure of going out with Owen."
The couple have been spotted sharing dinners, playing soccer and most recently taking a romantic trip to Hawaii together. The source adds, "She's much more true to herself when she's with Owen. Kate has never been happier."
