China, the world's second-biggest oil consumer, may cut domestic fuel prices by 620 yuan ($97) per metric ton on Saturday, the Shanghai-based commodity researcher C1 Energy said on Thursday, without citing anyone. "Relevant departments will strictly follow the 22-day pricing window in this round of price adjustment," C1 said on its website.
