Chengdu's Jinjiang district government has unveiled a three-year plan to develop Sansheng Huaxiang, a scenic area known for its flower market, into a pet-friendly commercial and industrial destination.
The centerpiece is a flower-and-pet complex built on the existing flower market, featuring arenas for pet agility and disc competitions, smaller contest zones, interactive activities, and pet supply retail. The district aims to attract an initial 10 companies to the area this year and establish a complete industrial cluster by 2028.
