The 2026 Global Mayors Dialogue is being held in Xi'an from April 27 to 29, attracting mayors from cities worldwide.
The event integrates roundtable dialogues, scenario-based exchanges, immersive cultural experiences, and in-depth research visits. It broadens the conversation to cover the forefront of smart city operations, intelligent manufacturing production lines, and world cultural heritage sites, enabling participants to gain first-hand insights into how digital technologies are reshaping urban governance and driving industrial transformation and upgrading.
On April 27, mayors and guests visited the Xi'an Science and Technology Museum, the Xi'an Urban Planning Exhibition Hall, and the China-Europe Railway Express Xi'an Assembly Center, experiencing the vitality of scientific and technological innovation, the momentum of open development, and the charm of this ancient capital's cultural heritage.
