A delegation of 24 photographers recently wrapped up a six-day exploration of Weifang, capturing the city's unique blend of ancient heritage and modern advancements. Running from April 18 to 23, the tour gathered members of the International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP), South Korean specialists, and local photographers from the Weifang Photographers Association and regional universities.

The expedition covered 14 landmarks across eight counties and districts, providing a comprehensive view of the region's diverse landscape. Key stops included the vibrant 43rd Weifang International Kite Festival, the historic streets of Qingzhou Ancient City, and the scenic heights of Yishan Mountain. The photographers also documented Weifang's modern achievements, such as the China (Shouguang) International Vegetable Science and Technology Expo.

By the end of the journey, international delegates praised Weifang as both the "cradle of kites" and a culturally rich "treasure trove", noting the city's diverse landscapes offer a rich canvas for artistic expression.
