In an exclusive interview with China Perspective, Sean Stein, president of the US-China Business Council, firmly pushed back against the narrative that American companies are leaving China.
"It's not the 'China market' anymore," he said. "It's the 'China platform.'"
Stein explained that this platform encompasses everything from the consumer market and B2B opportunities to partnerships with Chinese firms, R&D, and supply chain resilience. "And that's only becoming more important."
