County in Heilongjiang dazzles with rare rime ice scenery

People in Huma county in the Daxing'anling region of Heilongjiang province got the chance to enjoy the marvelous natural scenery of soft rime ice after temperatures dropped sharply on Wednesday.
When water vapor from the Heilongjiang River met the cold air, rime frost covered the surrounding trees, creating a crystalline dreamscape along the river at the Sino-Russian border and inspiring residents and tourists to record the rare sight.
