The city of Hechi, in the northeast of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, has beautiful scenery, breathtaking mountains, caves, rivers and lakes. Covering an area of 33,500 square kilometers, Hechi's terrain is mostly mountainous, with Hongshui River flowing through the city. The city's residents are also known for their long lifespans, with around 19.5 per 100,000 people living to the age of 100, making it the first prefecture-level "longevity city" in China.
