Drinking coffee has become a habit of many city dwellers in China. The question is: when the tranquil ambiance and slow pace of a rural area encounters a coffee shop, what sparks will be ignited?
Standing out amidst the expansive fields and rural residences of Dushiyuan village, Shigang town, Nantong, is a distinctive two-floor coffee shop with an open balcony, windmills, and tents.

Liu Libin, owner of the unique coffee shop, started his business in the village two years ago after getting tired of office work and urban living. Returning to his hometown, Liu is not only living his dream life, but has also breathed new life into the ancient village.

During peak tourist seasons, Liu's shop can sell over 400 cups of coffee. During weekends in slow seasons, Liu often hosts music festivals or camping parties at his shop, gradually establishing itself as a bridge connecting rural dwellers with urban life.
An increasing number of young Chinese people like Liu have started businesses back in their hometowns, contributing to the vitalization of rural areas in the country.
