SANYA -- The Changsha, a People's Liberation Army (PLA) naval vessel, set sail on Friday to attend an international fleet review in Bangladesh.
A domestically designed and manufactured guided-missile destroyer, the Changsha is the latest PLA naval vessel to participate in overseas fleet reviews.
In recent years, the PLA Navy sent multiple frigates and destroyers abroad to attend such activities.
