Video: Press freedom under national security law guaranteed

Hong Kong Chief Executive Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor said on Tuesday that press freedom under the national security law can be guaranteed when reporters and media outlets act in compliance with the law.
The implementation rules of the law's Article 43 were formulated to protect human rights and freedom, including press freedom.
