Beach volleyball return will inspire us: FIVB president

GENEVA - International Federation de Volleyball (FIVB) president Ary S. Graca released a video on Tuesday discussing the work being done to ensure the return of beach volleyball, and sending out messages that its return will inspire people.
According to the FIVB website, Graca highlighted the adaptation of the beach volleyball qualification system, and the decision to reschedule next year's Beach Volleyball World Championships to 2022 in light of the postponed Tokyo Olympic Games.
"Both of these decisions have been vital in giving beach volleyball players certainty, motivation and assurance, allowing them to focus on what they do best," he said.
In addition, the president reminisced about the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Championships hosted last year in Hamburg, Germany, which was enjoyed by over 158 million viewers worldwide.
