China's national legislature starts 4th plenary meeting of annual session

BEIJING -- The first session of the 13th National People's Congress, China's national legislature, started its fourth plenary meeting Tuesday morning.
Lawmakers will hear a draft supervision law and a State Council reshuffle plan during the meeting.
